Our Curriculum
At Playhouse we use a non-denominational, Christian based curriculum used by private schools and home school parents across the U.S. Our program is organized, systematic, and sequential to assure adequate coverage of all material. Our learning system is workbook oriented with individual workbooks for Reading Skills, ABC-123, Writing with Phonics, Art Projects and Bible Activities. Every Child in each class has their own workbook for all subjects to guarantee optimal learning.
Playhouse now offers an Infant and Toddler Sign Language program. The curriculum taught derives from the American Sign Language Program for Infants and Toddlers. This wonderful program focuses on teaching the the basic fundamentals of signing words like more, milk, please, mom, dad, and other basic words. This is helpful for both teachers and parents in breaking down the communication barrier between infants, toddlers and adults.
